The Horned Witch is the only female titan with the 'Horned' title. This was changed in the third game with the addition of the Horned Razorbel. The Horned Witch wields two Bone Saws which is also changed with Infinity Blade III's random weapon system.
She also uses a mask similiar to the God King's in the first infinity blade (the Helio helm). This could suggest that she is a warrior of the Pantheon.
