The Wrench is a heavy weapon added to Infinity Blade II in the Skycages update. It can be obtained by unlocking the mechanics map, and clicking underneath the drone in the map. Said drone is found in the drone room where you fight MX-Goliath, on your right hand side as you enter. This is a joke item and is part of the Undertow set.
