Added by SchatzmielThe Blade was created by the Worker of Secrets, a mysterious being who strives to destroy the deathless, but was it was stolen from him by the God-King.
If observed closely enough it appears the Infinity Blade is made of two parts: the hilt and the actual Blade. There were some design changes from IB1 to IB2: the colour of the side of the Blade is different and appears to be laced with circutry. The Blade has a blue hit arc even though it is a non-elemental sword (which usually have a yellow-orange hit arc). The material that the Blade made of is unknown, though it is stronger than any other metal, assuming it is metal, being able to slice through most types of armour and steel.
The Blade is the only weapon that can completely kill Deathless, but must somehow be activated by stabbing or killing a certain number of deathless or descendants of them. It cannot be properly used by a mere mortal.

Finding It
Edit
Obtaining the Infinity Blade in the first game requires defeating Raidriar at least once. After he has been defeated, the Infinity Blade will appear in the Store. Note: The player must usually obtain it through the Store. It will very rarely drop as loot from Raidriar.
Stats (Infinity Blade 1)
Edit
Bonuses
Edit
The Infinity Blade provides a 200 bonus to Attack while equipped. This makes it the strongest non-elemental based weapon, and the best against the God King at later levels (taking into account his immunities). Only two weapons comes close, the X-SC2, which provides a 195 Attack bonus but also an extremely high Drain attribute, which in most battles makes it a more powerful weapon than the Infinity Blade. The other is the Dark X-SC2, which has 199 Attack and 301 Dark, making it the most powerful weapon in the game.
Price
Edit
The Infinity Blade costs 514,900 in-game credits. Although it may seem like a great deal of money, it can be achieved in a matter of 4-5 hours. It is an excellent and versatile weapon, which can dispatch almost any foe. Also, as soon as the player obtains this weapon they will be able to gather up a great deal of cash quickly, as there is almost no need to buy a stronger weapon until NewGame+. If you download ifile app you can lower the price to as low as 1,000 credits.
Mastery
Edit
The Infinity Blade requires 15,000 XP to master. On NewGame+, it needs 30,000 XP to be mastered.
Stats (Infinity Blade 2)
Edit
Bonuses
Edit
The Infinity Blade has a plus 500 damage stat and a circle gem slot, triangle gem slot and square gem slot. It is the most powerful light weapon (but not the most powerful in the game, as it is overpowered by several Heavy weapons) that can be purchased in the store. Using the Infinity Blade will open a door that will give you the Aegis Armor.
Price
Edit
The Infinity Blade costs $625,000 in game currency and is currently the most expensive weapon and item in the store.
Hint: It is not recommended to buy the Infinity Blade early on on the game because you can get the Nahte (a 420 damage weapon with circle, square, and triangle gem slots) for almost half the cost of the Infinity Blade by buying the Gelder ($362,500) and opening one of the gates in the dungeon.
Uses
Edit
The Deathless Kings can only be found if their holding cells are opened by The Infinity Blade. To open their cells, the player needs only to own the weapon. Simply approach the lock with the Infinity Blade imprint and the Hero will insert the Blade like a key, unlocking the cells.
